Payment is a key driving factor to a successful online monetization. Online business grows with a good payment gateway. Online payment is driven by culture and trust.

We need to be accustomed with paying online, and that will take a change in habit, culture, and this will change when we have a lot of E-commerce website that will drive users to use online payment more often.

Also, we have to create trust. After all, fraud is something we are quite familiar with right here in Indonesia. A good payment gateway system with a good fraud detection system is something we need here.

We will discuss about payment gateway here in Indonesia, and taking US payment gateway companies such as Paypal and Authorize as a model.
