Generally, when you run your own startups, it will fall into one of these two categories: Community based or product/service based. In this session of #StartupLokal Meetup, we will be talking about how to create and manage a successful community based online startups. What sort of strategies for startups to attract – engage – retain their customers, especially for digital startups.

We will also be talking about some of the PR techniques used by startups to avoid conflicts when encountering angry members of the community. What sort of action plans used by these startups to handle such difficult challenge.
